This Girl Has Oil, Inc.® (TGHO) is an international organization founded in Baltimore, Maryland, in 2016. It is a global movement committed to rooting women in Christ, raising them in leadership, and releasing them to carry the oil of God into every sphere of influence.

Comprised of a growing body of women leaders connected through Green Rooms, leadership cohorts, and programs. With each new chapter, TGHO advances its mission of rooting women in Christ, raising them in leadership, and releasing them into their God-given purpose.
OUR GLOBAL Mission
This Girl Has Oil, Inc.® (TGHO) is on a global mission to awaken women and girls to the oil of God’s anointing on their lives to lead their generation to Christ.

Our Story
Founded in 2016 by Vontrice Coston, This Girl Has Oil, Inc., began with a simple yet powerful statement of identity, a
t-shirt line designed to remind kingdom women of their God-given anointing and call to lead generations to Christ. Within just five months, that bold declaration blossomed into a book club, creating a sacred space for women to grow spiritually and experience authentic sisterhood. Soon after, the vision expanded with our first workshop and leadership conference.
From those early beginnings, This Girl Has Oil, Inc., has matured into a distinguished global sisterhood, anchored in five core programs, signature leadership events, and life-shaping resources.
Today, we remain committed to helping women thrive spiritually, professionally, and personally while carrying the oil of God into every sphere of influence.
