Membership Process
Becoming an Olive is accepting an invitation to become part of a legacy of women who are devoted to Jesus, committed to one another, and passionate about making an impact in their homes, churches, workplaces, and communities.
To preserve the culture and mission of This Girl Has Oil, every prospective member completes the Olive Membership Journey. This process is designed to ensure each woman understands our mission, values, beliefs, and the commitment of Olive Membership before joining our sisterhood.

Step One:
Begin Your Journey
Before attending the Olive Membership Experience, all prospective members are asked to complete the Membership Interest Form. The Interest Form should take approximately 10–15 minutes to complete.
Step Two:
Membership Experience
The Olive Membership Experience is the next step for women who desire to become part of the This Girl Has Oil community. This virtual experience is designed to introduce you to who we are, what we believe, and what it means to live as an Olive. Attendance at the Olive Membership Experience is required before moving forward in the membership process.
Step Three:
Membership Interview
You'll be invited to meet with the Membership Committee. This interview is an opportunity for us to get to know you and ensure mutual alignment with the mission, values, and commitment of Olive Membership.
After your interview, the Membership Committee will prayerfully review your application and make a recommendation regarding your membership.
Step Four:
Welcome
Once recommendation has been made for membership you will be sent the Olive Membership Enrollment form to submit dues, sign the membership covenant, choose payment method, confirm contact information, and officially accept membership. Once completed your Frontline Leader will personally welcome you, add you to your chapter’s group chat, and invite you to your first gatherings.
