TGHO stands as an ever-expanding sisterhood of Green Rooms (local chapters), programs, and leaders across cities and nations. Each Green Room is a place of growth, accountability, and legacy-building. Every sister is bound by Christ united in our unwavering commitment to excellence, evangelism, leadership development, and community impact.
Just like the Olive tree, women are planted to grow, thrive, and produce oil that blesses others. (Psalm 52:8)
This Girl Has Oil is the movement. Green Rooms are the spaces. Becoming an Olive means committing your life to Christ, our global mission and actively living it out through a Green Room chapter or leadership service.

Our Green Room gatherings take place monthly and come in various rhythms, including Bible studies, book studies, brunches, vision board parties, and community service projects.
If you are ready to grow spiritually, build authentic sisterhood, and serve your city, you can become an Olive by joining a local Green Room chapter. Each Green Room is chartered at a launch event and led by a trained TGHO Frontline Leader. Membership can only be obtained by first completing the official Green Room Membership Experience (ME) and signing the Olive Covenant Form.

Regions
Green Rooms are organized into Regions each led by a Regional Coordinators who support chapter Frontline leaders. Search for a Green Room in your city or region and connect with other Olives who are living, leading, and pouring oil together. And if there isn’t one near you yet, you’ll be nurtured in the Virtual Global Room until a Green Room launches in your area.
