Vontrice Coston is the Founder & Chief of a global women’s organization, dedicated to developing women into confident leaders and cultivating healthy, purpose-driven community. She builds organizations, movements, and systems that help women grow spiritually, emotionally, and professionally.

With over a decade of serving women and the local church, Vontrice creates spaces where women can discover their identity in Christ, strengthen their leadership, and impact the world around them. She leads This Girl Has Oil with a heart to empower every woman she once was teaching the Word of God, sharing the Gospel, and equipping women to step into who God intended them to be.

When she’s not leading, you’ll find her on play dates with her daughter, Ella, or serving alongside her husband, Keith.
