You're invited to join us for our 2026 Founders’ Weekend, as we celebrate 10 years of oil, legacy, sisterhood, and Impact. Founders Weekend is our annual gathering where people from near and far come together to celebrate what God has built through This Girl Has Oil, Inc. This is the moment we pause to honor the organization's history while positioning ourselves for what’s next.
This year is special as we are celebrating 10 years of oil, sisterhood, and Kingdom impact. Throughout the weekend, you’ll experience moments of celebration, connection, and encounter.
Weekend Observances:
✨ The Founder’s Ball (Friday Night | 6PM-9:30PM)
A formal black tie evening of elegance and honor, celebrating the legacy of TGHO and the women who have helped build it. This is our signature Founder’s celebration, marked by excellence, distinction, and sisterhood, featuring a curated dining experience and an awards presentation.

✨ The Olive Legacy Cookout & Baptism (Saturday | 11AM–3PM)
A daytime experience centered around food, sisterhood, and transformation. This will be a space for connection, joy, and meaningful moments—featuring baptisms that mark both legacy and new beginnings. Olives and people connected to the movement are invited to bring family and friends to experience the heart of our community through food, laughter, games, and unforgettable fellowship.

✨ Olive Sunday (Sunday Morning | TBA)
Our closing observance as a sisterhood, where we invite the sisterhood to worship together. Dressed in white, we gather at a local church for fellowship, unity, and presence as we seal the weekend.
