Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy – Ministry Development Consultation Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable. With 24+ hours’ notice, you may reschedule one time at no additional cost. No-shows are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session may be canceled and marked as a no-show. This consultation provides strategic guidance and ministry development support and does not include legal, financial, HR, therapeutic, or pastoral counseling services. TGHO’s systems, documents, and materials are proprietary and will not be shared or distributed during the session.
