Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy – Spiritual Wellness Counseling Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. If you need to reschedule and give 24+ hours’ notice, you may transfer your session to a new date one time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the session may be canceled and considered a no-show. No-shows are non-refundable. TGHO’s Spiritual Wellness Counseling provides faith-based guidance only and is not clinical therapy or crisis care. If you are in crisis or experiencing thoughts of self-harm, please contact emergency services, a licensed professional, or your local pastor immediately.
